UNI Filtration Systems of NY, Inc. is a family owned and operated company that has been in business since the early 1990’s. The company was started by Richard Scott after he decided to go into business for himself after 20+ years of business management experience in NY City’s Garment Industry. Rick saw the need for filtration and took advantage of an opportunity to steadily grow his company making him one of the innovators of Residential & Commercial Filtration Systems in the New York area. What made Rick and his company stand out from any of his competitors was priding his company on the service and professionalism provided to each one of his customers, making them apart of the UNI Filtration Systems family.
In addition to successfully providing our customers with Clean, Fine Quality Drinking Water through some of the most high tech water coolers and filters on the market today, we are also a Full Service Company. We have a staff of Maintenance Specialists who provide service on your equipment which gets tailored to your needs, Master Plumbers who handle all of our installations as well as our Office Staff and Sales Representatives who are available to handle any inquiries.
UNI Systems is an active member of the Water Quality Association (WQA) which is a non-profit trade association that has established certification standards for industry professionals and products. Through the WQA, Rick Scott and his son Christopher have both achieved Certified Water Specialist status. The WQA also keeps us up to date with the latest industry issues and technologies available that provide proven scientific results.
UNI Filtration Systems is also an independent water treatment dealer. This means we offer a range of
products and technologies from suppliers we have carefully chosen over the years. We are not forced
to market only products from a single supplier, like the franchise dealers. Because of this, we are
able to offer many different alternatives for your needs. You just tell us about the problems you're
having, and we will be able to recommend the technology that best meets your needs.
